New for 2024, Quartz Medicare Advantage plan members can purchase a full-year YMCA of Dane County membership for just $450 when using a Quartz CashCard. Don’t have a Quartz CashCard? Not a Quartz Medicare Advantage member? You have until December 7 to enroll during Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period.
